Start by turning on the transmitter, then aeroplane receiver. Stand behind the aeroplane and check the control surfaces move in the correct direction. These pictures are for a Mode 1 setup.

Centre the trims.

All surfaces centred.

Elevator set to pitch plane up.

Elevator set to pitch plane down.

Rudder set to yaw plane left.

Rudder set to yaw plane right.

Ailerons set to roll plane right.

Ailerons set to roll plane left.

Throttle set for full power.

Throttle set for idle.
